A Pleasant and Memorable Stay at President Hotel, Madurai

We recently visited Madurai for the first time and chose to stay at President Hotel based on online reviews. Although we were initially uncertain about what to expect, our experience turned out to be extremely satisfying and enjoyable, thanks to the wonderful hospitality and support provided by the hotel staff.

From the beginning, Mr. Sabarish was in touch with us and patiently addressed all our queries prior to our arrival. His prompt and courteous communication gave us a lot of confidence about our stay. Upon reaching the hotel, we received a warm welcome, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant.

A special mention goes to Ms. Jothi, who ensured that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Even though we reached a bit earlier than the standard check-in time, she was very accommodating and made all efforts to get our room ready as soon as possible. She also took the time to explain the room service options, breakfast details, and guided us to the hotel’s travel desk.

Though the room was slightly compact, it was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

At the travel desk, Ms. Chitra was extremely helpful and humble. She provided clear information about temple darshan timings and helped plan our trip to Thanjavur. The cab arrangements were excellent, and the drivers were professional and courteous throughout the journey.

Overall, our stay at President Hotel was truly pleasant. The staff’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and efficient service made a big difference. We left with happy memories and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai.

For the money they charge, the size of the room is very small.
The service personnel are very friendly and provide perfect guidance for the temple tour.

The experience was excellent—rooms were clean, well-organized, and the service was outstanding. The hotel’s on-site restaurant offered a good variety of food at reasonable prices. They have private parking as well.
